Deck Amenities

When you want to relax and enjoy the outdoors, make yourselves at home on the deck!

Deck Amenities:

Fire Pit

Fire pit tools in bench next to the fire pit.  The tools included are a poker, tongs, ash bucket and ash shovel.

Firewood can be purchased at the Bjornrijke ICA or in Vemdalen.  Please store wood for fire pit in bench next to the fire pit.

Make sure to clean the fire pit after using.  Do not put on cover until all the ashes and unburnt wood are removed. Please put cover on before leaving or before rain or snow.

Grill

Grilling tool set is located in kitchen in the drawers beneath the refrigerator.

Clean grill surface and remove any unburnt coals and ashes. Please put cover back on before leaving.  Cover can be stored in one of the benches.

Table and Chairs

Four high back reclining chairs in bench left of the door.  Seat cushions for the outdoor dining table chairs are in the bench under the window next to the table.

Please put cover back on before leaving.

Benches

The seats can be lifted and bench interior used for storage.

General

There are two electrical outlets outdoors, one above the bench next to the entrance door, one below the lamp on the corner on the wall towards the drive way.

Lights on deck poles are turned on/off inside the house using the three-in-one switch next to the door (the three switches are labeled for the room (storstuga), outdoor lights (ut), and deck.
